MODERN GREIGE

This Project involved the renovation of a pre-existing residence that our client acquired, entrusting us with the task of its complete transformation. Initially, the property featured a heavily adorned Storybook-style home with oak paneling, exterior cladding of cascading boulders, and limited natural light. Through our efforts, we successfully converted the space into a modern home with meticulous detailing, both internally and externally. The pool, a key aspect of our design, incorporates a zero-edge perimeter, a sunken fire pit area, and an infinity water wall. Additionally, stepping pads are positioned over a water vault, facilitating movement from one side of the pool to the other.
