This project is an ongoing endeavor, as many comprehensive projects tend to span across multiple years. The collaborative process involves continuous discussions and decisions on "what's next." Our initial focus was the kitchen, aiming to create a bespoke space that seamlessly integrates with the traditional home aesthetic, yet incorporates every conceivable modern convenience. From lift-up mixers and walnut vegetable drawers to a custom Pot and Pan closet and Wine on Tap, every detail was meticulously considered. The intricate design features herringbone floors, a La Cornue range in Greige, Farrow and Ball paint in three sheens, six different hardware types, and an abundance of moldings. Executed by some of the finest craftsmen in Los Angeles, this complex design has resulted in a truly special space. Each time we revisit to discuss a different area, the excitement to explore this exceptional kitchen is reignited.
